i have recently bought a new battery (31t Jan 2019). In the starting, the battery was working fine but now the battery will suddenly go down to 0. even after full charge, the battery provides power only for 10 to 15 minutes.

Password incorrect though it used to be a pin and I know it , no forgot my password button as well
I tried to download an online game from fitgirl , didn’t work anyway so I tried solutions from a YouTube vid which required to restart laptop after finishing , once the laptop restarted it looked weird , the icons are larger , and it requires a password not a pin , and no forgot my password button , and doesn’t want to use wifi , tried all the passwords from my normal pin or hp pass or Microsoft or gmail and nothing worked

Notebook won't boot or recognize power cord
Last night I went to use my laptop, and it would not power on. Assuming the battery had died, I tried to plug it in, and it does not recognize the power cord. I had used the computer without issue the previous day. I attempted a hard reset, but again, the computer was completely non responsive.
After some searching, I'm finding that this appears to be a common issue with this particular computer. Like may of the similar posts on this forum, I purchased the computer in 2015.
Since this appears to be a known issue, I am hoping someone from HP will reach out to offer a repair at no charge.
(Operating system may be Windows 10 32-bit, I'm honestly not sure offhand.)

The kiddos have somehow managed to set a bios administrator password and in turn has locked me out comepletely. I have a system disabled and an i67609449 error code. I simply need to get rid of it and get back into my system. Thanks.

Cannot system restore HP Touchpad

Laptop slight pop, died instantly and faint burnt smell when back of case opened
Laptop is completely dead. I was working on a word doc at work. I had no other applications running, and now it is completely dead with no lights turning on at all. The laptop is only 2 months old, with a cpu and gpu repaste.

HP Diagnostics
I recently used AVG's tune up software to help get better performance from my laptop. I initiated a full scan and repair of the drives on my deveice. This required a reboot to begin. The Laptop has never booted up again.
I was able to access the Bios of the machine and performed a quick test of the system using the HP diagnostics tool. It returned to following failure code for my hard drive.
989KM9-7Q0A1R-XD7V7A-60VL03 and suggested I contact HP support.
I have ended up here in the hope that someone may be able to assist. The support interface seems a bit simple/complex for this question.

HP Envy 15 not posting after dying suddenly.
Hello.
I was using my laptop as usual, nothing hard on the cpu or ram or anything, it was in my lap, i set it down and puf. dead. it did not want to start again, i let it cool with the battery removed and charger unplugged, i already did the power reset, when now i connect it, the screen is black as in not-lit at all, and the caps lock blinks, slowly, one, one, one one and so forth. I am not sure but from what i've read it could be the RAM? I already tried switching places to no avail. the same blinking is done even when the ram module is removed entirely from the mobo. Before i toss my money at a new ram stick, does anyone know if the ram is a possibility?

HP Spectre x360 total freeze with blackscreen
Hi all,
Lately, I've had a couple of unexpected total freeze with black screen in my Spectre x360. The last resource is always to push the power button to reset it. However this last time was different. Suddenly the backlighted keyboard was on, and after reset it, I couldn't even access to the BIOS. So, I was to HP software, upgraded the BIOS to the latest and restart it. The machine works, apparently good, but I still can access to the BIOS to check technical conditions. I've tried all I remember to access BIOS:
Escape key, F10, F12...etc but nothing works.
Could you please, tell me how to access today the Spectrex360' s BIOS ?
