HP just repaired (under warranty) my 8 month old HP Split x2 13-m110dx 2-in-1 laptop PC would not start up.
After turn on, the Caps Lock LED blinks twice indicating a BIOS error (per HP's Service manual for my PC).
The screen is blank and the PC would not enter the BIOS screen (by hitting the ESC key repeatedly at turn on).
HP repaired my PC by replacing the System Board (which I assume is where the BIOS software is located).
It took 12 calendar days from the day I called HP Support until the day it arrived back at my home.
Most of this time was spent in shipping, via FedEx, the HP return box to me and then sending the PC in this return box to HP in Tennessee. HP diagnosis and repair took just one day.
