The laptop powers up but screen is black. The power light is steady white and the caps lock light blinks white at even intervals every few seconds. The smart drive light on the right side is lite up Amber. I have tried the hard reset numerous times to no avail. It did randomly come back on once but hasn't again since it was powered off. I tried connecting to a hp monitor but the monitor said it was not receiving a signal and kept going into sleep mode. I need help.
