Hi,
I have recently bought an Envy x2 with the product number: C0U46EA#UUW. I'm in Norway and on the box it says that this is a Envy x2 11-g001eo. A quick google search in the product number confirms that as well.
But I can't find this model in your support section (either in US or Norway). I really want to get the latest driver updates as I'm having a couple of issues:
1. My keys are somthimes typed twice. I found a fix on this in a previous post, but the sp61143 did not fix it. And when asked for my product name it can't find it in the db.
2. I've also had issues with the mute hanging up. Sometimes it doesn't show that the mute is on, it just doesn't give me sound, and adjusting volume does not help. At one point the mute showed on and just wouldn't turn off when pressing key, or trying the taskbar icon.
My problem is mainly that I need to know which drivers are ok to reinstall.
