When I play netflix my Pavilion Touchsmart screen goes blank and stops streaming

I just bought a new HP Pavilion TouchSmart 15 Sleekbook.  I go into Netflix, but when I start streaming video it plays for about 5-10 seconds and the screen goes blank.   When I go into Control Panel and Programs, it's not clear what video program is being utilized.  How do I get Netflix to work properly as on my other smart devices. 

Any help is appreciated.
