Hi there....My laptops stops at the user where u will type your password and then it restarts and if i continue some help support from hp appears i think the unit is hp mini 110 i think ...... how can I fix this ...... please help me.... thanks...... my guess is trojan virus or the ram overheating of ram .. i didn't yet bring my laptop to a computer specialist... help please . Color is white with designs.. Please reply
