Hi can anyone help I have HP mini 210_1020sa windows 7 starter I am unable to use windows I can log on however when I try to do things I am unable due to not being an administrator actually I am but it seems I cannot I can also see that I am being remotely controled my Norton security won't work I cannot download any security at all I am ready to throw my laptop out of the window HELP please
