Hi there, I have a dm1 which has suddenly gone into a loop which goes nowhere. Automatic repair solves nothing and comes back to the same screen. Its running windows 8 and ive tried a hard reset. Advanced options haven't worked and it would be great not to loose everything on the computer. Any ideas? Thankyou all.
