I have a hp pavillion 15 z, i restored my laptop last time & it all worked fine, but now whenever i go to recovery by pressing f11 or whenever i try to recover it from the windows mode, it just get stuck in a black screen where we can only move the mouse curser, its win 8 64bits, please help me out.
