When I turn on the laptop a couple of things happen.
- It turns on (Literally, the fans start, the dvd drive spins, etc) but nothing on the screen
- Power LED next to button lights up
- wifi LED lights up
- power LED on SIDE lights up
- HDD LED on side lights up
- DVD drive button light briefly lights up
-However the computer is completely unresponsive. Pressing caps lock for example, does not turn on the caps lock LED, and pressing the wifi key does not turn that one off.
-There is of course no video output whatsoever. I tried plugging a working monitor to it but it received no signal, so the issue isn't a faulty display.
-There is no sound. Even if there were a display issue, if the computer booted it would still make sounds when reaching the login screen especially if I tried typing.
-Lastly, I would like to point out that no LEDs blink to signify a known error like bios corruption or CPU failure.
I already tried doing a hard reset multiple times.
Any ideas?
