I turned off my laptop before I went to sleep last night and when I got home from school 2 hours ago I switched on my laptop. It started doing updates but after being stuck on 20% for an hour it crashed and restarted, when it came back on it froze and now it's stuck on a page saying Failure configuring windows updates reverting changes, I have looked everywhere and I can't fix it. Please help me I don't want to loose my files and I need to get on my pc!
