Control Zone Touchpad

Hi, i am a newbie here, as well as i am new to HP computers. I have the Envy m6 notebook pc with touch screen and the control zone touchpad. The problem is that the touch pad seems to jump around the screen whenever i left click on something or if i am just simply trying to move the mouse, it just freezes and jumps. I have tried everything as far as the control zone settings. HP took remote access of my notebook and flashed the bios, reinstalled the control zone drivers, and restored it to its factory image. Please, SOMEONE tell me you've found a solution to this problem. i see that on other forums, people with the same model as well as other models with the control zone are having the exact same problem. I still have warranty, but i really do not want to have to take it back and get another latop.
