PC Name field automativally types in characters UUUUUUUUUUUUUU when I try to Personalize set-up!

I have Compaq Presario CQ58-BF9WM Notebook-PC.

My Recovery (to factory image) almost completed and now I am at the point to PERSONALIZE  my laptop pc for FINAL SET-UP.....at this point, PC NAME field automatically fills up with characters "uuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" or "UUUUUUUUUUU"....

my original keyboard and touch-pad is doing nothing so I attached another wireless USB key-board...I am able to erase these characters by pessing BACKSPACE key on external key-board, but then again system fills up this PC NAME field with ALL "U" characters (UUUUUUUUUU)....and I can NOT type in PC NAME in PC NAME field and I can NOT do anyhing any further and I can NOT complete my FINAL SET UP to bring my laptop to normal working level...My original key-board and original touch-pad is NOT working at all (they are NOT doing anything) ....with External wireless USB key-board, it looks like ONLY ESC,ENTER and BACKSPACE keys are working and function keys are NOT working with this laptop....I can NOT reach to the point where I can test this external key-board for typing....I am sure this external keyboard is in 100% perfect shape because I just bought it new brand from wal-mart and attaching 1st time and immediately posting my laptop problem here...with my original key-board, I am not even able to get START-UP menu (by pressing POWER & ESC button togather).....with external wireless USB connected key-board, I am getting start-up menu, but  F1,F2,10,F11 (any function key on this start-up menu) is NOT doing anything....

....So basically, I am stuck right here at PC NAME field where I can NOT type PC NAME for my laptop because system automatically fills-up this field with ALL "U" characters (UUUUUUUUUUUUU) and I can NOT complete my FINAL set_UP to

complete RECOVERY TO FACTORY IMAGE to bring my laptop to normal working level....

I studied troubleshooting from HP.com/support website and I tried almost everything...HARD RESET etc.

Please someone help me out in this issue....My laptop is now out of warranty and less than 2 years old.

Thanks for you kind, prompt & Favorable Reply-Danny
