HP ENVY TouchSmart does not boot up

HP ENVY TouchSmart 17.3" 12GB / 1TB / Intel i7 / 17-j130us

Purchased on March 27, 2014 

• The computer does not boot up
• When I turn the power on the caps lock LED keeps blinking continuously. There is no blink code. Blinks are continuous.
• F12 / Wi-Fi light is on solid.
• There are no audible beeps.
• The battery power LED does not blink. It stay on when the power is connected.
• I already did hard power reset to no avail
