I'm asking on behalf of my girl friend who know's nothing about a pc except how to turn it on and and mess it up.
some how she has locked it up and the screen showing is asking for her password. she has never put a password in, if she did she didn't know it.
she has windows 7 operating system. Need to know how to get past this screen to get to her desk top. Any help woud be appreciated
