HP Envy 15-j108la is slow after BIOS Upgrade

So, this is really something that it shouldn't happen, I hat this happens to HP because they were my favorite brand for laptops, until now.

I just upgraded my BIOS from HP Software (Control Panel) because it was warning me that I should upgrade. I connected the AC Adapter to avoid interruptions while it was being upgraded, and it took about 10 minutes all the process.

After everything was installed and Windows was starting again, it took around 1-2 minutes to load.

Then, I cannot open any software, uninstall, install, I cannot even shut down the PC because is stuck on any process I do.

I have done a search on google and HP Forums, and I've only found: "Get into the BIOS settings and press reset to defaults" which I have done around 5 times without luck.

Can someone tell me how to fix this without even thinking on restore my system?

Thank you in advance, I hope someone can tell me if this happened and how did he/she managed to fix it.

EDIT:

Just in case someone ask me:

Bios Version F.63
