Hello.....
My laptop came with Windows 7. Recently it was upgraded to Windows 8 then 8.1. My issue is that my computer freezes often particualrly on Facebook or in my Comcast Emails. I get boxes on the bottom of my screen saying "the script is to big" among other very frustrating issues. I have contacted both Microsoft and Comcast. They both say it is my computer that has the issue. I have no viruses.
Can someone please help me with my frustrations?
