HP Proobok 4530s stuck on startup

Hello!

So I got a HP Probook 4530s in front of me and I replaced the main harddrive with a Intel 530 SSD 120GB. I replaced the optical drive with a HDD caddy and put the main HDD there. Everything works fine untill I put the power on. I've tried to search this problem up but can't find any solutions so I put up a thread here in hope to find a solution.
The SSD & HDD is formatted and the SSD got Windows 7 64bit installed and the BIOS startup options is correctly configured.

This is the problem explained:
When powering on, laptop screen shows HP logo in the center and "Press the ESC key for Startup Menu" and will not go many further in boot process. Usually it should continue with the Windows flag appearing and tell me windows is starting, but it just starts over with the HP logo and repeats, and repeats.

I somehow found a way to bypass this problem by pressing ESC and holding it in just after the HP logo dissappears and a blackscreen is showing up, that results in showing up a red looking OS startupscreen. And from there I can start the computers OS from the SSD.

I know this might be a odd problem, but any help / suggestions will be appreciated.
