HP Envy 17T Inaccessable_Boot_Device

I bought a refurbished HP Envy 17t-j000 CTO Quad Edition Notebook about a month ago. It came from the factory with Windows 8 x64 and I upgraded to Windows 8.1 with no problems. When I bought it, it worked great. I updated Windows and all of the drivers. It still worked fine after this. It also worked fine after installing my applications. I used it this way for about 3 weeks without any issues. I then tried to dual boot Ubuntu on it, and it installed fine. However, after installing Ubuntu both Ubuntu and Window were suddenly extremely slow. I assumed that I had done something wrong with Ubuntu, so I deleted it and put the hard drive back to the way it was. Windows was still extremely slow. It also started to have some start up issues. When I would boot it up, it would almost always show a blue screen with the error Inaccessible_Boot_Device. The blue screen would also tell me that it is restarting. When it would restart it would always boot up just fine though.  It will also sometimes automatically boot to the recovery console.  As with the error, when it restarts it runs just great.

What I have tried:

I used Windows restore to go back to an earlier time, this didn't help.

I reset the bios to all of the factory defaults, this didn't help.

I used the bios diagnostics and both the hard drive and ram check out okay.

I ended up reinstalling Windows completely, wiping the drive and starting over. The error and restart still continue, although the re-installation did solve my speed problems.

The computer still has the same problem. It will blue screen with the same error on start up, automatically restart, and boot up just fine. Once it restarts and boots, it runs very well and has been able to run anything I throw at it. It is just annoying having to go through a restart upon every boot up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will be checking this daily so if anymore information is needed, let me know. Thank you very much.
