Charging pin, Hangs and pre-installed skype is creating problem

Hi

I am using HP PAV15-NO20TU laptop and it is creating a lot of problems.It hangs a lot and now charging pin is having a problem in charging the laptop.Besides this there is some problem in pre-installed skype which says " there is some problem with microphone"., but when I install it in the laptop then there is no problem and it works.It is under warranty period also.

Kindly resolve ASAP.
