HP envy has been updating for 48 hours

I just purchased and HP envy a week ago, and on Saturday night, it did an automatic update. It is now Monday and it still has not finished. It has been stuck on a "We couldn't complete the update, undoing changes" screen for the entire day.
I need the fixed ASAP. How can I do it?
