I own a HP Envy Touchsmart 14 ultrabook and it has windows 8 and tried to get 8.1
Everytime i try to turn on the computer it shows me the hp logo with the spinning white circles then sends me to a blue screen with a sad emoticon saying "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE" or sometimes it says "DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" that pops up for less than a second i can hardly read it
Also i don't have a recovery cd/usb
I need to get this laptop working ASAP because i use it for school

Also this problem started after i tried updating ti 8.1 and i deleted windows explorer in the task manage then the taskbar disappeared and thats how it all happened i guess
