Computer won't go past the HP screen.

My computer is two months old.  Would not go past the HP screen today.  I did F2 and it stopped at UC007K-75W77K-MFPV6J-60SU03  ID Failure.  How do I use the warranty.  Can I take it to a tech place that can honor the warranty?  Do I send it somewhere?  Very frustrated.
