Hello, My wife has a Compaq Presario running windows 7 (could be 3 or 4 years old), not sure not at home at the moment. She had a problem with the computer feeezing and not reacting to any mouse or keyboard inputs about 6 months ago. I thought i had it figured out when I noticed the fan area looked like a mouse was stuffed into it (needed to be blown out. That lasted for a while, but now it is happening again (we have blown out the cooling area weekly). The screen becomes pixelated (see screen shot below) and no reactions. I have to hold down the power button to shut down. It will turn back on but will only last about an hour. I don't think it is the hard drive (no blue screen of death), but have no clue what it coudl be. Any help or suggeestions would be very appreciated. Than kyou in advance for any help.
