Hello! I have a windows 8 hp laptop. I'm not sure what all the technical terms and names for it is.
I have started seeing a problem with it a few days ago , where when I click on folders, I can't right click ANYTHING AT ALL in the folders area , or even make a new folder, without it freezing and going back to the windows screen.
I have no idea what the problem is and I'm not finding any hints.
I am at the end of my rope and just I don't know.
