nums lock not working in pavilion g6

Hi..

I am having pavilion g6 model with windows 8.1 O.S.

The problem of my laptop is that, The num lock keys are not operate even if i set value data 2, while 4,5 & 6 keys are operated intermitently.

Pl help......
