My hp 2000 laptop(windows 8.1) whistles then the arrow freezes and I can't do anything until it stops whistling(which it does often) it was getting hot so I used compresed air and now it doesn't get hot but still whistles and freezes. What can I do myself without having to use a computor guy. The whistling seems to be coming from the fan on the side of the laptop.
