I bought my HP Envy m6 just over a year ago. Since I bought it it has only been used for uni work, it has not been used for streaming, downloading or gaming, and has had Norton antivirus. Despite this it has recently started to crash regularly and is running painfully slowly. I don't understand why as I have been so careful with it. I ran a scan and it said it failed a hard drive test but I don't know what this means, I have a very limited knowledge when it comes to computers. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it
