Hello.
I own an HP Envy TouchSmart with an AMD10 CPU and 12GBs of RAM. This machine has been freezing up recently. As well, the fan is almost constantly on when the AC Power supply is plugged in. When I run "problems with windows update" I receive a message back "Windows Update components must be repaired Fixed" repeatedly, which I am interpreting as meaning the issues have NOT been fixed. I am receiving no alerts of problems.
Any ideas what may be causing this periodic freezing? Or further tests I can run?
