HP Mini 210 won't turn on

My netbook won't turn on. The fans are working, but the screen is black. The caps lock isn't blinking, it stays on. 

I changed the RAM,nothing.

I changed the HDD, nothing.

I changed the thermal paste, nothing.

I removed the CMOS Battery, nothing.
