Hyper-V does not work on HP Pavilion n210se notebook

Hi,

I just bought HP Pavilion n210se notebook and the configurations are as following:

Intel 4th Generation Corei5 4200 processor

4GB Ram

Windows 8.1 Pro

BIOS ver. F42

I have downloaded and installed all the latest drivers to date from HP website:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=4158&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=6762354#N1039

I have enabled the Virtualization enable option from BIOS, and after that when selected the Hyper-V options from Trun Windows features on/off  and restarted the computer the machine hung up with an HP logo.

When I disabled the Virtualization option from BIOS, machine started correctly. But it is mandatory for me to install Hyper-V as I am a Windows Phone 8.1 developer and I need to run WP8 emulator and it does not work without Hyper-V enabled.

Please help me as this was the basic purpose to purchase this notebook.

I have already read some forum posts and did some steps like:

1: install latest drivers for Ralink bluetooth device

2: Uninstall the Ralink bluetooth device

3: Disabled Ralink bluetooth device from device manager

But nothing worked for me.

Can someone specially from HP support help me? I will really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Zafar
