Ive had my Envy 15 with windows 7 for about a month now and recently my laptop has been going into a slow motion state that lasts anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. This happens randomly while playing video games and watching videos on youtube. When it happens the only way ive found to fix it is to ctrl+alt+delete and bring up the task manager. When i do this i notice the CPU usage goes from about 10% to 100% for the duration of the slow mo. This brings me to beleive it is a processor issue but i could be wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
