My question is about HP support assistant. Why do over half of my driver updates unsuccessfully install? An even worse problem HP support assistant after not installing tells me there are no updates but the log tells me the driver did not install. Although the "technicians" are very polite they have no clue or even a logical answer, instead they want me to reload all my software from day one, which I tried once and the problem was worse. I only use Microsoft Defender, and the Intel driver utility software confirms my drivers are not up to date!!!
