Pavillion dm1-4301so with Windows 8
The HP Assistant is recomending an Notebook system BIOS update but when trying to download and install ,the notebook "freezes" when doing the "flashing". It notifies that during flashing the keyboard will not work during the 100 seconds the flashing will last. In my case it froze for 1 hour and the only way I could turn of the notebook was by taking out the battery.
System update doesnt seem to be possible.
Anyone else familiar with this problem?
