Hello, I recently bought my long distance friend this laptop so we can use Skype and be able to see each other, but the webcam keeps freezing and when she tries to turn it back on it doesn’t work. The webcam wont open in any other program either, not even the one it came with. We have talked to two different Customer support people about the situation and so far all they did was uninstall the webcam software and reinstall it, but it didn’t help in the least. The only thing that we can do to fix the problem is to restart the computer, but It freezes so often it wouldn't even be worth it.
It started doing this within minutes of getting it setup and running, so there wasn’t any changes to the computer.
