pavilion 15-b004tx .....freezes up while using any browser either chrome ,mozilla or internet explorer. and after that nothing works not even task bar manager,so at last i have to restart my system by long pressing power button. I tried a full system reset (hard disk and also windows) but nothing paid result.
2) I bought this laptop on 16 NOVEMBER 2013 but after 2 months of buying my online warranty status was shown expired.
.so i am unable to use HP online chat service resolve my issues.and moreover i can`t take this to repair center also.
what to do? help .......soon.
