HP 14 notebook pc freezes and hangs when playing video

Dear HP team, i have a HP 14 Notebook pc and it gives me all kind of problems first it hanged and have to do hard reset every time so i went back to the shop where i bought my laptop and they upgradet my Ram from 2 to 4 gig.and it solved my problem.

Now  a few days later when i play a movie on my laptop after 1 hour the laptop hangs freezes and gives a loud noice and the only thing i can do is do is a hard reset press the startup button for 5 second.

Cab someone please help me with this problem
