Ok, so when I start my laptop up its fine until the home screen. None of the icons appear, but the bar on the bottom of the screen is there. I get various errors but they are in Spanish, so I'll try translating it as best as possible.
First error: vprot.exe - Incorrect Image c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14\MSOXMLMF.DLL is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again, or contact the administrator of the system or the fabricant of this software to get help.
I think the first error has to do with Microsoft Word, keep in mind I let my 12-year old brother use my laptop for a project and he messed around with Microsoft Word, attempting to fix it, although I think he made it worse!
Error 2: iTunesHelper.exe - Aplication error - The instruction on 0x6ebb29e1 references to the memory on 0x6ebb29e1. The memory couldn't be read. Click accept to finalize this program.
This error has to do with iTunes, although I know my brother dident bother with it at all. After a while it then says "Apple Push has stopped working"
Those were the two errors, after exiting both errors I'm now stuck on the home screen of the laptop and no icons load, it just stays frozen. After a while the icons load for half a second then the laptop turns off, and when I turn it back on the same thing happens. PLEASE help me I need my laptop ASAP, thanks a lot, and if you need pictures then I would be glad to post a few.
