MY laptop n013tx is very new and its running on window 8.1 (window 8 pre install) I have been usin it for around 1 and half month.But now my touch pad start to hang / not responding and my keyboard sometimes change itself to a shortcut keys(not hot key problem).The external mouse and keyboard works properly.My touch pad will hang for around some couple of secs.The problem does not occur together(touch pad & the keyboard).The touchpad problems occurs like everyday but not the keyboard...The keyboard problems occur only sometimes.
I have been facing this problem since 1st week of my laptop.I have updated all my driver to the latest.
What could be the problem please help..!
Almost forgotten to mention that ..I have taken my laptop to the dealer but they didnt solve the problem.
