Dv4 laptop wont boot. Ran all hp diagnostics disk, memory, startup, run in, etc all pass except battery. But unit works same on battery, ra n full startup test on battery power alone, same result. Some suspicion of virus from a particular email, anti virus report so did system restore to previous day. Same problem.
