I've had a HP ENVY 14-1205tx Beats Edition and havent had any problems till a few hours ago i attempted to update the bios of my laptop using the hp support assistant. After the restart, the laptop hang and no longer respond to any keys that i press( i tried holding down the power button for like 15 secs and it would not power down or restart either). Due to the laptop not responding, i took out the power cord and let it ran out of battery. When the laptop finally run out of battery, i tried to connect back the power cord but the charging lights did not lit up.
Now i can't power on the laptop due to it being flat, i was wondering what might be the problem, the AC adaptor or the laptop itself. I had tried taking out the battery and stuff but the charging light on the side still does not lit. I can still charge my phone on the usb connection on the AC adaptor though. Please kindly advise, thanks
