Envy m6 laptop freezing and won't start

My envy m6 laptop is 4 months old

Recently it was getting slow so I refreshed the laptop and all seemed ok for a day then it started to get worse and the the left side of the laptop below the keyboard was quite hot so I did a complete restore to factory specs but it has only got worse.

I have done the push esc key on start and done the diagnostics with the following results:
Hard disc short DST failed
Failure ID: 9GFXPF-6R272E-XD7WXF-60X003
product ID:E4R01EA#ABU

I have tried to refresh again but it now says files cannot be found!

Any ideas?
