Hard disk test failed

Hello,

I'm not able to boot my Windows 7, I'm not able to boot to Safe Mode as well. I made Hard Disk test in BIOS with following result:

FAILED Warranty ID: GTXA70-000720-XD6XGK-60WQ03

Please do you know what does it mean?
