The computer is a HP ENVY TS 14 Sleekbook running on Windows 8.1. Product number: E0M45UA#ABL
When starting the computer after not having it on for a few hours it will give a black screen. The screen is on, but it shows nothing. This also happens when resuming the computer from sleep. The only way found to overcome these problems were to force shutdown by holding the power key. Afterwards the computer would open perfectly fine, but sleeping is still causing problems. Methods tried were updating both graphics drivers, but that has not resolved the problem.
Are there any ideas for solving this problem? Anything would be helpful at this point.
