I have a TouchSmart 11 pavilion PC that recently notified me it needed to install some updates so I clicked on install and left it to do that when I came back I had a screen with a HP trademark below that was a spinning dots and Below that was a message that said "preparing automatic repair". after a while that all disappears and I have a dimly lit screen every once in a while I get a blue screen that with a message that says "your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart we're just collecting some info then will restart for you" that goes away pretty quickly and then it gets back to the HP trademark the spinning dots and the preparing automatic repair message that disappears and it all cycles over again I left it on for a day doing this and that's all it did was cycle over doing the same things anyone have a clue?
