Not two months old, HP EnvyUltrabook 4-113ous has left me
hers is what I have experinced
watched netflix, put laptiop away, no event or jarring occured
off to bed
next moring it attempted to try and get me to windows, then just ...
I went though the troubleshooting flowchart, and did short/long diagnostic test, drive was recognized, it did not fail the tests, yet nothing offered as a solution to move beyond the continuous loop of diagnostic screen, has given me back the hundreds of dollars paid for this aggravating metal box.
are any issues unknown to me that may have occurred to Ultrabook envy's 4-113ous?
I even tried reinstalling the recovery discs I created when first bought. Nothing happens.

these messages were over differnt attempts at reconcling the loss of any abikity to use my new laptop
I am an absolute "non computer" person, but in the past several days, between "bios" and Intel, and logs, I am really unhappy that I have this laptop, and made my brain hurt trying to learn what is nothing but gibberish to me?
HP has also told me the warranty expired a month before I purchased?
Is this and my efforts of hours for nothing?
