My computer battery died as I was using it, I plugged it in to a power source a few minutes later and hit the power button to resume my work. At first, the computer stayed on the HP start up screen for about 20 minutes, without ever loading to the locked screen/sign in. I held the power button down to turn it completely off and tried the same thing again, same result. I then took the battery out, put it back in, turned it on, now it says "preparing automatic repair" and went to a completely black screen, however the power button still indicates it is on. I purchased this computer less than a month ago! Please help!
