envy dv6t window 8.1 the laptop begun to slow down its perfornamce and well as the video, it pause and eventually never move on or work, the service center from India told me to Reset the laptop and I did she just left me hanging on the air. the second day I called up again the other guy on the line instructed me that eventually make a hard drive diagnostic test which resulted a Passing mark, but the problem of slow performance and intermittent video motion or pauses and to a stop remain the problem of my laptop
