My HP 2000 2d 49 tu model Synaptics Touchpad freeze

i have hp 2000 2d 49 tu notebook pc and Serial Number:   5CG3335WZQ Product Number:   F0C82PA.... my synaptics touchpad freeze all time i am using window 8 64 bit. i update biosis but problem is same here... plz advice what can i do.
its freeze again and again............... may be this product is faulty
