I am getting worried. Have two hp Pavilion g6-2311nr laptops purchased approximately 1/2 year ago. Both are 64 bit processors 6 gig Ram, with Windows 8.1. Whenever I install a program, or windows does an update, I have trouble with the computers restarting. Just get the Hp logo and the circular flashing lights, which do not resolve or stop. Finally need to simply do a hard shut off and reboot. More recently, I am also now having to go through repairs on startups after the hard shut off. Help?
